Consultation Required for Repair & Major Loc Work
Why is a consultation necessary?
Every set of locs is different, and when it comes to loc repairs, reconstruction, extensions, major transformations or extensive work, we need to see and assess your hair and scalp before we can determine what is required.
A consultation allows us to properly assess:
- The current condition and strength of your locs
- Thinning, weak or damaged areas
- Breakage and previous repair work
- The condition of your scalp
- The size, density and structure of your locs
- What can realistically and safely be achieved
- How much time, work and price your appointment is likely to require
Please understand: we cannot quote or begin major work without seeing the hair first.
Photos can be helpful, but they do not always show the full condition of the locs. Some issues can only be properly assessed in person.
For this reason, a consultation is mandatory before booking any major repair, reconstruction or extensive loc transformation service.
This is not simply an additional appointment. It ensures that we can recommend the correct treatment, allocate enough time, prepare the appropriate tools and products, and give you an accurate price before the work begins.
No consultation = No major work
If a consultation is required and has not been completed, we will not start the service on the day of your appointment.
We would rather take the time to assess your locs properly than rush into work that may not be suitable or may require more time than originally booked.
Our priority is always the health, strength and long-term condition of your locs.
FOR ONLINE CONSULTATION PLEASE PROVIDE WHATS APP NUMBER, GREAT LIGHT, GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION AND CLEAR SOUND.
