Refund policy
ITEMS PURCHASED
For any products, items, merch bought online we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you book a service that requires a deposit, you have one option to reschedule your appointment. However, the new time slot must be confirmed at that time. Please keep in mind that the deposit we require is non refundable. Please note: Once the appointment has been completed and the hair service has been carried out, we are unable to offer any refunds. You must make your appointment or reschedule if not be able to make it.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
COURSES

Deposits paid to secure your place on any course are strictly non-refundable.

If you have paid the course in full and choose to cancel before the course starts, any refund issued will exclude the non-refundable deposit.

Once a participant has completed or attended 20% or more of the course, whether measured by training hours, course progression, or a combination of both, they will no longer be eligible for a refund.
By enrolling in the course, participants acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued once this threshold has been reached.

If you decide to leave the course before completing 20% of the training, any refund will be considered at our discretion and will be based on the portion of the course attended, minus the deposit and any materials provided.

The Training Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant's enrolment with immediate effect in cases of misconduct, health and safety concerns, repeated absence, persistent rescheduling of appointments, failure to attend scheduled sessions without reasonable notice, or breach of any course policies, terms, or contractual obligations.
Where enrolment is terminated under these circumstances, any refund will be determined at the sole discretion of the Training Provider, taking into consideration attendance, training delivered, materials provided, and administrative expenses incurred.

All tools, kits, and materials provided during the course are non-refundable, as their cost is included in the course fee.
