Late Fee, Rescheduling, Cancellation and Booking Policy

1. Late Fee Policy

  • A £40 Late Fee will be applied if the client arrives 20 minutes — no additional grace period after the scheduled appointment time.

  • The late fee must be paid immediately before the service continues. If the late delay affects the next client or the stylist's schedule, the appointment may be cancelled, and the £40 fee will still apply.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Each client is allowed one (1) complimentary rescheduling of an appointment if the deposoit has bene paid upfront and booked online!

  • This rescheduling option must be used at the time of cancellation. It cannot be saved, requested later, or applied to a no‑show.

  • If the client cancels without rescheduling during the cancellation moment, or attempts to reschedule at a later time, it will count as a missed appointment, and a new booking/deposit may be required.

    If your stylist has booked your appointment without a deposit, we trust that you will attend as scheduled. Please note that rescheduling is not permitted under these circumstances.

3. Cancellation & No‑Show

  • Cancelling and rescheduling must happen minimum of 72 hour (3 days)  before the original appointment.

  • No‑shows automatically lose the complimentary rescheduling option and be required to pay a new booking fee or deposit to secure future appointments.

    4. Booking Policy

    All appointments, whether booked online via our website or in person, require a £40 deposit to be secured.

    5. Regular Hair Maintenance Policy

    • Clients must return for maintenance every 3 months maximum to ensure the best results and the longevity of their locs.

    • Maintenance must be carried out exclusively by us. This ensures consistency, quality, and proper care.

    • Working on hair that has been maintained or altered by another stylist or yourself may negatively affect the outcome, and results cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees of £50 apply and to be paid on the day at your appointment.


5. Agreement

By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to our Policy.
